JR&PH7 x St. Joe Louis x Phonte x Tamika Waden – Invitation

‘Invitaton’ is the latest tune from the forthcoming full-length [studio] album ‘Coral Cadavers’ [pre-order] set for release throughBelow System Records on June 16th, 2017. This international Hip-Hop heist, pairs German production duo JR&PH7 [Roc Marciano, Sean Price, Ras Kass] with New Jersey emcee trio, St. Joe Louis [Michael Cardigan, Tommie Chase and Elete Wright]. On this space-age, soul glazed audible, the team acquire a stunning guest verse from Phonte [formerly Little Brother], and melodic vocal assist from Tamisha Waden [Foreign Exchange].
‘Coral Cadavers’ was written as a concept album of a “neo-noir psychological thriller about a woman’s descent into moral ambiguities, against the backdrop of Los Angeles.” ‘Invitation’ is another impressive song from that said LP, which has already unveiled several digital singles including ‘Driven’ (feat. Roc Marciano), ‘Duck Duck Goose’ (feat. Rah Digga), and ‘I Want It All.

FreshfromDE x Roca Beats – “The Ritual” EP

After accumulating 1 million+ plays on soundcloud, countless blog placements and radio spins worldwide for two of his most significant singles to date ‘Aston Martin’ and ‘High On Myself’ featuring Splizzy. Up and coming Delaware [via Boston] artist FreshfromDE finally releases the international collaboration EP ‘The Ritual’ with Netherlands based producer Roca Beats. Having worked on the project for a year, these 9 tracks are the fruits of them 365 days. Regardless of being separated by thousands of miles, different continents and an entire ocean, the chemistry between the transatlantic duo is undeniable.
‘The Ritual’ is a self-empowered EP, which showcases FreshfromDE [Writer, Producer & Engineer] and Roca Beats [Producer & Composer] diversity as musicians, this project provides a mixture of everything from Hip-Hop, Trap, Boom Bap, and even some Pop thrown in there, as the “one emcee, one producer” formula gives every single song on this extended play a fully resinous sound despite cross-pollinating various styles, a vibe you can only accurately capture from that classic MC / producer format. Dray Yard – The Yards (100 MC’s Tape)

New ambitious project from Dray Yard, producer out of Brest (Belarus), called The Yards (100 MC’s Tape). It features 100 MC’s, every track is one MC, one verse. Project will be released in 4 parts: Side A, Side B, Side C, Side D. Every volume is 25 MC’s deep, 45 minutes long (just like a cassette tape side). Side A is out now.

Fabeyon – A.G.E.(All Golden Era)

So I put this one on and instantly it’s 1995 again! Seriously, imagine how great it would be if you could be transported back to your youth and be able to know that you can wake up in the morning and hip hop is not going to suck because there are people like Fabeyon who care about the culture! I have never heard something so powerful and hard hitting as this is! Fabeyon does a spectacular job of riding classic 90’s beats and really making them his own! Lyricism and showmanship at it’s finest!

Seriously though, If you are looking for something with substance and heart and soul to listen to…this is it! Give this an honest hard listen and you will realize that Fabeyon has a gift for Rap!
